A development training for young jockeys is taking place at British Racing School in Newmarket on 7th-11th April 2015. The Służewiec track and Totalizator Sportowy Sp. z o.o. are partners of this event.
54 race days have been planned for the 2015 season at Służewiec (one day less than in the previous year). The inauguration will take place on 19th April, and the first full two-day racing will take place a week later (Saturday-Sunday). The end of the season has been planned for Sunday, 22nd November. No races will take place the day before.
The next Saturday and Sunday (14th-15th March), the fans who are about to attend the Warsaw edition of Cavaliada will be able to take a closer look at the charms of horse racing at a stand prepared together by Służewiec Track and by Polish Horse Racing Club
Today is the tenth anniversary of death of one of the best jockeys in the history of Służewiec, Tomasz Dul (28.01.1950-25.02.2005). On this occasion, we would like to commemorate his jockey career and to publish a transcript of a chat which took place at the end of May 2003 at the office of “Życie Warszawy”. Since 2006, the Tomasz Dul Memorial is the main race during the season start.
